Interview with SAAVcoin
BitcoinChaser: What kind of problem, market deficiency or opportunity inspired you to launch your project?
SAAVcoin: I’ve had experience in mobile time-management games and was building a new one that resolved a lot of the failures I’d seen in other products in this space. The game style is extremely popular, so we wanted to add some dimensions that didn’t exist up till now. By making our in game currency into a crypt-currency that has a finite supply and whose price can fluctuate on the open market in the real world, we’ve added an economic management dimension that hasn’t existed till now.
BC: How will your project address this problem, market deficiency or opportunity in a unique way?
SAAV: By expanding on an already popular and understood format, we are making it easy for gamers to now get involved with cryptocurrency at a level where it doesn’t really require that they know much about it, but it is challenging their strategy style, which is what many of them crave to keep the platform interesting.
BC: How do you think that competition will develop in this segment of the market following your ICO?
SAAV: Cryptocurrency is already very popular in the gambling segment of gaming, I think by showing its utility in other areas of gaming that we’ll see many game companies begin to incorporate crypto and blockchain into their products in the coming years.
BC: For all those who have read your white paper and are still on the fence about contributing to your ICO, what can you tell them that could lead them to buy into your project?
SAAV: We have a very clear use case that is easy to understand. Unlike many speculative ICO’s that have only a whitepaper and a website, we have working code right now that is a playable, but not quite done, game. This gaming style is highly addictive, once players get involved, they have a hard time leaving. We’ve seen players spend thousands of dollars in a free game to buy these speedups and other features in the game and other players in this general space have seen their tokens rise up to 100x even before their games have been available to play.
