Claims include slow responses from Sherbet’s team, unclear KYC procedures, and unfulfilled withdrawal requests, especially after significant wins.
Another user, dwmgm_, shared a similar experience, alleging that Sherbet delayed withdrawals and blocked accounts after significant wins. They also claimed that the platform was operating under an expired Curaçao license.
Dummet then responded to these concerns directly. He clarified that Sherbet is no longer taking bets and agreeing that all platforms should operate under valid licenses. While Dummet didn’t provide an in-depth comment on the allegations, he did acknowledge ongoing efforts to address at least one of the concerns.
