Speed Week Brings Fast-Paced Poker Action to SwC Poker

SwC Poker, the original Bitcoin poker site formerly known as Seals With Clubs, is turning up the heat this May with its very first Speed Week.

From May 19th to May 25th, players can look forward to a packed schedule of 54 turbo and hyper-turbo events, all designed to deliver high-speed thrills. With over 430,000 μBTC (0.43 BTC) guaranteed across the series, it’s a perfect time to hit the tables.

With buy-ins ranging from just 25 μBTC up to 3,000 μBTC, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a casual grinder or a high-stakes regular, Speed Week is set up to cater to all bankrolls and playing styles.

Speed Week features a great mix of tournaments, covering No-Limit Hold’em, Omaha, and other poker variants. Some of the standout events include:

Key Speed Week Events and Highlights

  • NL Hold’em 6-Max Turbo on May 20th with a 1,500 μBTC buy-in and 30,000 μBTC guaranteed prize pool
  • NL Hold’em High Roller Turbo on May 23rd with a 2,500 μBTC buy-in and 30,000 μBTC guaranteed prize pool
  • Speed Week Turbo Main Event on May 25th with a 500 μBTC buy-in and 50,000 μBTC guaranteed prize pool

With plenty of games and stakes throughout the week, it’s an exciting lineup for tournament players looking to test their skills at a faster pace.

Climb the Leaderboard for Extra Rewards

In addition to the tournament prize pools, SwC Poker is running a Speed Week leaderboard. Players earn points by finishing in the top 8 of any numbered event throughout the week.

The more you play and the better you finish, the higher you’ll climb.

There are extra incentives along the way. If you register for an event before it starts and go on to win, you’ll receive a 10-point bonus. Each day, the player with the most points earned across all events will be awarded a 25-point daily bonus.

At the end of the week, the top 10 players on the leaderboard will win ticket prizes, with first place earning 6,000 in tickets. Players can choose their prize ticket denominations, making it a flexible reward system.

Smaller Stakes Jackpot Tables Added

SwC Poker has also announced new low-stakes Bad Beat Jackpot tables alongside Speed Week. These tables feature blinds as low as 3/6 μBTC, giving players a chance to chase a big jackpot without risking much.

The Bad Beat Jackpot has already grown to over 400,000 μBTC (0.4 BTC), adding an extra layer of excitement to the cash game action.

More Big Poker Events on the Horizon

If Speed Week isn’t enough poker for you, SwC has also confirmed the return of its flagship series. The 2025 Bitcoin Series of Poker (BSOP) will run from June 20th for 24 days.

While the schedule hasn’t been released yet, it’s sure to be the highlight of the summer for Bitcoin poker players. We’ll be sharing more details as soon as they’re announced.
